Selkirk & Imperial Metals Corporation Business Combination Completed

Selkirk Metals Corp. and Imperial Metals Corporation completed a business combination on November 4, 2009. As a result Selkirk is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial, a British Columbia based mining and exploration Company whose key properties are the Mount Polley open pit copper/gold producing mine in central British Columbia, the Huckleberry open pit copper/molybdenum producing mine in northern British Columbia, the development stage Red Chris property in northwest British Columbia, and the development stage Sterling gold property in southwest Nevada.
